I'm a senior Product and Innovation professional with 10+ years of experience in the Digital field.
PMP® certified Product professional based in Paris,France and Corsica. Some say my profile isn't wordy enough for them to understand what I've been doing over the past few years. I'm pretty talkative so that shouldn't be a problem!

Product Marketing & Strategy Manager
Product Marketing & Strategy Manager
After mainly working for large corporations, I've finally decided to join this incredible startup to redesign their business model and product strategy. By far the best company I've worked for - as the saying goes, better late than never :D It was the perfect combination of people (great people to work with, great CEO and founders, amazing ambiance, 100% benevolence), job assignments and evolution (it was way beyond Product Marketing and it included every aspect of the company life), personal development (as you would imagine in a startup, you're growing everyday both technically and mentally).
As said, here were my major assignments :
- PMM : Definition of the product-market fit, personas, market intelligence, user research, pricing, sales strategy, and marketing/communication methods.
- Deputy CPO : Helping the company’s CPO to embody his new role by defining his responsibilities, developing product roadmap and resource assignment, product vision and user research.
- Business Development and Client Acquisition/retention : client prospection through multiple channels, exhibition organization and participation, pre-sales and after-sales
AI Product Owner & Program Manager
AI Product Owner & Program Manager
Again, accepted this challenge for two reasons - I was excited to finally learn everything about a new Business I was completely unaware of and starting a new project from scratch, with a new team and ways of working. This team was a kind of spin-off, or even let's say experimental team aside from IT in order to ensure total independence (both on management and budget sides) in project management and industrialization. Data Science was new for the Maison (and still most of the LVMH Maisons) and IT was dramatically being transformed at the same time ( new ERPs, infra, processes). Following what I had been doing at Renault, objective of the Data Science Program was to identify, launch and industrialize key strategic and revenue-oriented PoCs, leverage existing data ressources, promote data culture within the company, program management to consolidate the team's role within the Digital organization.
Innovation Lead
Innovation Lead
As an automotive aficionada (collecting classic cars), I was more than happy to join Renault and more specifically Renault Digital, a dedicated subsidiary in Digital activities for the entire Renault Group & brands including Data, Agile, UX/CX... started as a small startup with 10 folks when I joined and finally ended up with 300. Launched the Innovation stream within Renault Digital aiming at identifying PoCs and quick wins to enhance customer experience. Innovation within Renault itself was everywhere, in every department - challenge of the position was to gather the right ressources and leverage existing PoCs which most of the time, were sadly not industrialized due to a lack of budget, time or strategic planning. Same as Alstom, individuals were extremly passionate about their job - it was a real pleasure collaborating then.
Customer Experience Lead
Customer Experience Lead
After GE acquired Alstom in 2014/2015, it was time for most of us to choose where to move on. Had the great opportunity to scale up the Customer Experience stream previously built for Alstom at the entire GE level. International dimension in this role was key and this is what I was looking for. At that time, GE had launched the Predix platform and was strongly investing in Data Science, which definitely grew my interest in AI. "Learning by doing" as they say, and I quickly knew that was the path I'd be following anytime soon. Working for GE was quite a unique experience - GE is more than a company, this is a giant structure, with defined processes and strong company culture they tried to define along with a patchwork of mergers and acquisitions. Only people who worked there can get what I just said I guess :D

Back in 2013, "going Digital" was fancy - most of the companies were trying to follow that path, but only the biggest ones (and mature ones) could start this cycle. Industrial companies were part of them. Alstom was no exception : in order to accompany its 3-year digital transformation plan, the CIO office created a brand new Customer Experience stream to analyze customer behaviors and needs towards IT services at all levels (Hardware, Software, Infra, Support etc.) and apply corrective measures, launch specific projects around identified customer journey bottlenecks. Total change from Microsoft - way more senior colleagues (not so many women though), passionate about what they do and strong experts in their area. Really appreciated learning so much from them, it definitely made me grow.

That was TENSE ! :D
My manager left 3 weeks after I joined, followed by his colleague soon after - I then took over both market research/surveys and forecasting for the entire MS product portfolio, which eventually turned out to be the greatest experience to start a career with. Loved the atmosphere and co-workers, projects and assigments... pretty cool environment for young professionals!
